All essential oils are high-concentration, volatile, aromatic liquids that are completely extracted from fruits, seeds, flowers, shells, stems, roots, leaves or other parts of the plant. However, there are certain ways to use them, experts. Before applying on hair and skin, mix rosemary essential oil with any carrier oil and massage gently.

For hair growth, add 4-5 drops of oil in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Mix until it reaches a uniform consistency and is evenly applied to your hair and scalp. Leave it overnight. Wash with warm water and dry your hair without using heat.

Eucalyptus contains a number of important properties such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antispasmodic and serves as a decongestant.

Mix with any carrier oil before applying on hair and skin. Gently massage. Do not apply directly on hair or skin.

You can add a few drops to a warm bath. Steam and aroma will relax the mind and body. Since eucalyptus oil is not soluble in water, mix with half a teaspoon of bath salt before adding to water.

* Mint: The invigorating and fresh mint flavor of mint essential oil cleanses the sinuses by activating the mind.

Use a drop of lemon in water for a healthy and refreshing mouth rinse.

Apply a drop of oil to the temples, forehead, sinuses (avoid contact with your eyes) and the back of the neck to relieve head pressure.
