WHAT TO USE?
Po-Ho essential oil is a product of the highest quality and fresh mint, eucalyptus, juniper, cumin and fennel essential oils obtained in a mixture of breath-opening and nasal congestion in the form of a product. It can be applied to the skin, evaporating at room temperature with the form of volatile essential oils and aromatic fragrances spread your nose congestion while relaxing aromatherapy effect with pleasant odors.

CONTENT
Peppermint essential oil: 50%, Eucalyptus essential oil: 30%, Juniper essential oil: 14%, Cumin essential oil: 4%, Fennel essential oil: 2% Po-Ho essential oil inhaler stick also contains limonene, linalol and vitamin E.
USAGE
4 different kinds of effective usage can be provided.
Drop a few drops of Po-Ho oil onto a handkerchief or cheesecloth, hold it on your nose and try to breathe essential oils by breathing normally. You can also put an essential oil-impregnated handkerchief on your pillowcase or near your pillow to help you sleep better.
Put a few drops of Po-Ho in the steam hot water bowl, cover your head with a towel and lean towards the steam bowl and breathe the steamy water that has started to fly. When inhaling, remember that essential oils may come into your eyes quite strongly at the beginning and protect your eyes carefully.
Po-Ho essential oil can also be applied to the side of your chest near the neck. Your body temperature will activate essential oils and help you breathe. It is recommended to mix 1 drop of Po-Ho oil with 15 drops of base oil before applying it on your breast.
The easy-to-carry essential oil inhaler stick is a convenient way to use Po-Ho. To use, gently insert the tip of the inhaler into the nostril, close the other nostril and breathe deeply. Repeat with the other nostril.
