Breathing exercise, which is very easy to do, can solve your inability to fall asleep in 60 seconds.
Dr. Harvard University. Andrew Weil says that anyone can easily fall asleep with the method he calls 4-7-8.
60 seconds to fall asleep method, before you start to breathe all your mouth out.
1. Breathe through your nose for 4 seconds
2. Hold your breath for 7 seconds
3. Breathe out slowly in 8 seconds
4. Repeat this method 3 times (takes 57 seconds)
5. You should now feel intensely sleepy; we tried, our sleep came.
Why does it work?
Keeping your breath for seven seconds is the most important part of this exercise. You fill your body with oxygen with a deep breath, the part of your breath holding oxygen to circulate through your body.
While this method relaxes your body, focusing on breathing helps you to remove all the stresses and troubles in your mind.
