Purpose of usage

Summary
Luteinic hormono (LH) is always present in human urine. LH increases significantly in women just before the most suitable day of pregnancy for the month, which is commonly considered LH fluctuation. This increase in LH triggers ovulation, which means that the egg is released from the ovaries. The egg can be fertilized in just 6 to 24 hours without ovulation. Therefore, the detection of ovulation by testing the LH increase is very important for women who want to become pregnant. The best test times are 11:00 in the morning, 15:00 in the afternoon and 17:00 in the evening. The early morning test does not reach the expected LH values later in the day. If an increase in LH is desired, one should be done early and the other later.

Principle
The ovulation tester consists of a sample window containing a sample pad in which urine is dropped as a sample. The sample pad is held by the permeable membrane. When should the test be performed?
The test may be carried out at any time of the day, but preferably before 10:00 in the morning and before 20:00 in the evening. If testing is to be performed twice a day, 8 hours between the two tests will help to achieve short LH increases. The test should be performed at the same times for each repeated day. Slow the fluid uptake two hours before starting the test. To find your test start time, determine the length of your normal menstrual period. Warnings and Precautions

Cut off Value:
It can determine the LH value of 25 mlU / ml in urine.
When to Stop Testing:
There is no need to perform a new test after LH is detected unless advised by your doctor.
Storage Conditions:

Limits of the test
1. This test is intended for use in human urine only.

3. The results of this test are not sufficient to make a definitive diagnosis. In the light of the test results, the diagnosis should be made by the doctor.
