Sound Insulation: Sound insulation is applied to the buildings in order to prevent the sound of outside sounds. Substances such as rubber, cotton, wool and felt transmit sound less. Wood, iron, copper, stone, concrete materials such as the sound transmits well. The transmission of sound can be prevented by covering these substances with substances that conduct sound less. Today, there are many technically produced insulation materials. Polyurethane, double glazing are some of them. Sound insulation should be made especially in places such as schools, hospitals and factories.
