Allergic Rhinitis
Rhinitis is called rhinitis. If inflammation is caused by allergies, the condition is called allergic rhinitis. The main features of allergic rhinitis; nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing. In addition, it can be felt in the eyes, nose or palate. Day by day the widespread incidence of these diseases in Turkey; between 2% and 37% in children and between 8% and 30% in adults. This disorder, which can occur at any age, shows its first symptoms mostly in childhood or youth. People with allergic rhinitis may also experience other allergy-based disorders.

Types of Allergic Rhinitis
The classification of allergic rhinitis is based on the duration and severity of the disease. If symptoms persist less than 4 days a week, less than four weeks; intermittent rhinitis; It is classified as persistent rhinitis if it persists more than 4 days per week for more than 4 weeks.
In the violence classification; sleep disorder, decrease in quality of daily life, fatigue and difficulty in experiencing symptoms of moderate or severe rhinitis;
Allergic rhinitis is also seen. Flying in the air manifests itself as the effect of trees, flowers or grass pollen. Among the people, this is known as hay fever. Diagnosis of Allergic Rhinitis

Diagnosis of allergic rhinitis also requires physical examination. The inner surface of the nose and soft tissues are checked. In allergic rhinitis, swelling of soft tissues may occur.
Skin and blood tests are applied to the patient in order to determine which condition and which factors are allergic. Of these tests, skin tests are the first choice.
In order to make an accurate determination, the patients should be examined and evaluated in detail. Because allergic rhinitis, infectious rhinitis, non-allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, polyps, foreign bodies, nasal flesh, nasal flesh is very suitable to be mixed with situations. Allergic Rhinitis Treatment
In the treatment of allergic rhinitis, the patient avoids allergen substances to which he reacts and drug treatment is applied. Antihistamines and cortisone nasal sprays that minimize the effect of allergenic substances are preferred as medicaments. Since cortisone nasal sprays will only touch the inside of the nose, there are no side effects. Instead, the nasal wash option may also be preferred.
For the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis, it is a vaccine method with proven allergen substances. This method is called allergen immunotherapy. The method should be prepared by a physician who is specialized in the field of allergy, as it will be prepared according to the allergen findings. This method has been effective in preventing the development of asthma in some asthma patients.
It should be kept in mind that the most basic treatment of allergic rhinitis is to avoid allergens. However, in everyday life, this is not possible for patients. However, in order to feel the effect of allergic rhinitis less, along with the treatment process, there are some points to consider. These:
