In this study, it is aimed to determine the psychological effects and physiological changes created by the atmospheres created in the living spaces designed with different color and light combinations, and the physiological changes that occur in the people who will perform the action in that place, "By investigating only the psychological and physiological effects of color and light combinations within the scope of the study, In order to determine psychological and physiological changes, real living spaces and fittings were designed by designing 1/1 scale, 4 different living spaces, 2 different color combinations (warm colors, cold colors) and Lighting was made with 2 different light source colors (white light, yellow light). 0 subjects were allowed to spend a certain time one by one, and the heart rates (pulse) and blood pressure (blood pressure) values of the subjects were measured separately in each place. In the light of these values, the psychological responses of the subjects according to their places were interpreted. In addition, in order to determine psychological effects, a questionnaire was used to measure the emotions evoked by living spaces in the subjects by using perceptual measurement method. The results of the survey were evaluated statistically and the emotions and degrees of the people were determined according to the places. Subjects were also subjected to two tests, one for general anxiety and the other for instant anxiety in psychiatry. Thus, the levels of anxiety caused by the spaces arranged with different color and light combinations were determined. "
