1) Massage helps in the treatment of Migraine and Chronic Headache


In one clinical study, 47 patients suffering from migraine corrected the frequency of migraine massages and decreased sleep quality. The massage included myofascial oscillation and deep ischemic compression of the back, shoulder, neck and head [R].
