Rota virus is a virus that causes intestinal inflammation, especially in children under 2 years of age. Children under 5 years of age are infected at least once in the world. The disease is manifested by severe fever, diarrhea and vomiting. The route of transmission of the disease is oral - fecal (mouth - stool). The disease causes outbreaks, especially in winter and spring. However, it can be seen in other seasons. Severe fluid loss can lead to the death of young children. The incubation period of the disease is 2 days and the recovery period is approximately 1 week. There is no specific medicine for the disease. Vaccine has been developed to prevent disease. Those suffering from course virus diarrhea may be infected again.

The route virus is transmitted from person to person. Children under 5 are particularly at risk. It is not usually seen in adults. Sick people are infected by vomit and feces. It is seen through contact with the sick child, toys and articles or even cough. Therefore, the disease seems to be more common in nurseries.

What are the symptoms of Rota virus?
The disease begins with vomiting and fever after an incubation period of about 2-3 days. Plenty of watery diarrhea develops. The virus can be found in the faeces a few days before the onset of the disease and a few days after the onset of the disease. Babies are very restless due to abdominal cramps. Vomiting and diarrhea develops rapidly due to lack of fluid. In babies with fluid deficiency, eyes collapse, excessive restlessness, decrease in tears, low urination, skin fade, collapse of the knuckle, exhaustion and rapid breathing are observed. The severity of the disease is determined by fluid loss. The disease lasts between 3-9 days.

How to diagnose Rota virus?
The route is detected by an examination of the virus stool. Physicians can diagnose according to the typical clinical findings of the disease.

How is the route virus treatment performed?
Rota virus does not have a specific drug. It is unnecessary to give antibiotics in the course of course virus diarrhea. Diarrhea inhibitors are inconvenient. They extend the duration of diarrhea. The main principle in the treatment of the disease is to stop vomiting and to replace the lost fluid. Antipyretics are used for fever. If the fluid loss is mild and the baby can receive, saline is given orally. Yoghurt and rice soups, potatoes and bananas can be provided. Cow's milk is reduced. Fatty foods are not provided. It is necessary to avoid intensive fruit juices. Babies who do not receive additional nutrients continue to breastfeed or diarrhea formulas are used. Infants with very severe vomiting and fluid loss are hospitalized. Fluid is administered through the vein. It feeds little by little and often. Loss of fluid determines the clinical picture of course virus diarrhea. In case of severe fluid loss, renal failure may develop and even the baby may be lost. Therefore, when fever, vomiting and diarrhea develop, parents should immediately consult a doctor and do not wait for the disease to resolve spontaneously.

How to prevent route virus diarrhea?
Vaccine against route virus has been developed. However, the vaccine is not 100% protective. Vaccinated children may have disease. The vaccine is administered orally from the 2nd month in infancy. Vaccination is required before 6 months. There are 2 types of route virus vaccine that can be administered in 2 and 3 doses in our country. The vaccine can be administered with other vaccines. If the baby vomits after the vaccination, there is no need to repeat the vaccination.

When route virus diarrhea outbreaks do not come in contact with sick children, sick children should not be sent to daycare, hands should be washed frequently. Toys in the daycare center should be cleaned frequently. Hands should be washed immediately after changing the baby's bottom.

How is diarrhea different from other diarrhea?
Rota virus diarrhea is very confused with adeno virus diarrhea. The differential diagnosis is made by fecal analysis. Route virus diarrhea does not contain blood in the stool. A positive diagnosis of the route virus antigen in stool analysis is definitive.

1. WHAT IS ROMATIC FEVER?

1.1 What is it?
Rheumatic fever is a disease caused by a throat infection caused by a bacterium called streptococcus. Of the various streptococcal groups, only group A causes rheumatic fever. Although inflammation caused by streptococci is one of the common causes of pharyngitis (throat infection) seen in school-age children, not all children with pharyngitis develop rheumatic fever. The disease can cause inflammation and damage to the heart; it first manifests itself as instant pain and swelling in the joints and then causes abnormal involuntary movement disorder called chorea which develops due to carditis (inflammation in the heart) or inflammation in the brain. In addition, skin rash and nodules may be seen.

1.2 How common is it?
In the absence of antibiotics, rheumatic fever was more common in hot climatic countries. After the use of antibiotics in the treatment of pharyngitis has increased, the incidence of the disease has decreased, but it still affects many children between the ages of 5 and 15 all over the world and causes heart disease in a small number of cases. It is considered among the rheumatic diseases of children and adolescents because it affects the joints. Rheumatic fever is not equally common all over the world.
The incidence of rheumatic fever varies from country to country: there are countries where no cases have been seen, and countries with moderate or high cases (more than 40 cases per 100,000 people per year). There are more than 15 million cases of rheumatic heart disease in the world; it is estimated that there are 282,000 new cases and 233,000 deaths each year.

1.3 What are the causes of the disease?
This disease is the result of abnormal immune response to throat infection caused by bacteria called Streptococcus pyogenes or Group A β hemolytic Streptococcus. Before the onset of the disease, a sore throat and then a period of varying duration, no symptoms are seen.
Antibiotics are needed to treat throat infections, stop the stimulation of the immune system and prevent new infections, as new infections can cause new disease attacks. The risk of recurrent attacks is higher within 3 years of the onset of the disease.

1.4 Is it hereditary?
Rheumatic fever is not an inherited disease because it cannot be passed on directly from parents to children. Nevertheless, there are cases where several members of the family suddenly have rheumatic fever. This may be due to the possibility of streptococcal infection spread from person to person, together with genetic factors. Streptococcal infection can be transmitted through the respiratory tract and saliva.

1.5 What caused this disease in my child? Can it be prevented?
The environment and streptococcus strains are important factors in the development of the disease, but it is difficult to predict who will actually get the disease. Arthritis and cardiac inflammation are caused by an abnormal immune system response to streptococcal proteins. The likelihood of developing the disease increases when certain types of streptococci infect a susceptible person. The crowd is an important environmental factor because it paves the way for the spread of infections. Prevention of rheumatic fever is possible by rapidly diagnosing and treating antibiotic throat infections caused by streptococci in healthy children (recommended antibiotic penicillin).

1.6 Is it contagious?
Rheumatic fever is not contagious, but pharyngitis due to streptococcus is contagious. Streptococci are transmitted from person to person, and therefore there is a relationship between the crowded home, schools or gyms and infection. It is important to stop the spread of the disease by carefully washing your hands and avoiding close contact with people with streptococcal throat infection.

1.7 What are the main symptoms?
Rheumatic fever is usually manifested by a combination of symptoms that may be specific to each patient. It is followed by pharyngitis or tonsillitis due to streptococcal untreated with antibiotics.
In pharyngitis or tonsilitis, there are fever, sore throat, headache, red palate and tonsils and inflamed secretions and swollen, sore lymph nodes in the throat. However, these symptoms may be mild or absent in school-age children and adolescents. After the acute infection is resolved, there will be a period of 2-3 weeks without any symptoms. The child may then experience fever and the following symptoms.

Arthritis
Arthritis often affects several large joints at the same time, or it can travel from one joint to another, affecting one or both at the same time (knees, elbows, wrists or shoulders). This is called "mobile and transient arthritis." Arthritis of the hands and spine is less common. Joint pain may be severe, although there is no apparent swelling. After taking antiinflammatory drugs, the pain quickly disappears. Aspirin is the most commonly used anti-inflammatory drug.

carditis
Carditis (inflammation of the heart) is the most serious form of the disease. Acceleration of heartbeats during rest or sleep may raise suspicion of rheumatic carditis. Abnormal findings and murmur are the main indicators of cardiac involvement. The degree of murmur can range from mild to severe. Severe murmur may indicate inflammation of the heart valves (endocarditis). If there is inflammation (pericarditis) in the membrane surrounding the heart, fluid will accumulate around the heart, but this usually does not cause any complaints and will resolve itself. In the most severe cases of myocarditis, the contraction of the heart is impaired and weakened. Cough, chest pain, pulse and breathing is manifested by an increase. It may be necessary to consult the cardiologist and further examination. Rheumatic heart valve disease may be the result of the first episode of rheumatic fever, but is usually the result of recurrent fevers and may become a problem in later adulthood, and should be prevented.

Korea
The word Korean means "dance" in Greek. Korea is caused by inflammation of parts of the brain that control the coordination of movements. It affects 10 to 30% of patients with rheumatic fever. Unlike arthritis and carditis, it develops in the later stages of the disease, 1 to 6 months after a throat infection. Early symptoms may be the deterioration of the handwriting of school-age patients due to involuntary tremor, problems in dressing and self-fulfillment, and even problems with walking and feeding. Involuntary movements can be deliberately suppressed for short periods of time, lost in sleep, or increased with stress and fatigue. Loss of concentration in students affects anxiety and school success due to anxiety disorder prone to crying. If it is mild, it may be considered as behavior disorder and may be overlooked. It is self-limiting, but supportive treatment and follow-up is still required.

Skin rashes
Less common symptoms of rheumatic fever are skin rashes. "Erythema marginatum" appears as red rings, while "subcutaneous nodules" are generally painless, mobile grain size hardness under normal skin on the joints. These findings occur in less than 5% of cases and may be overlooked because of their latent and transient appearance. These symptoms do not occur alone, but with myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle). Fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, pallor, abdominal pain, and nosebleed are the other complaints that can be noticed at first sight by parents in the early stages of the disease.

1.8 Is the disease the same in every child?
The disease most commonly manifests as murmur in older children or adolescents with arthritis and fever. Younger patients come with complaints of carditis and mild joint severity.
Korea may be the only symptom or may be associated with a cardiogram, but a cardiologist needs close monitoring and examination.

1.9 Is the disease in children different from the disease in adults?
Rheumatic fever is a disease of school-age children and young individuals up to 25 years of age. It is rarely seen before the age of 3 years, and more than 80% of the patients are between 5 and 19 years old. Nevertheless, if the precautionary measures are not taken continuously, it may show up later in life.

2. DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

2.1 How is it diagnosed?
Clinical signs and investigations are particularly important because there is no specific test or symptom for diagnosis. Arthritis, carditis, chorea, changes in the skin, fever, abnormal findings in streptococcal infection tests, and changes in the rhythm of the heartbeat on the electrocardiogram (called Jones criteria) may help to diagnose. Diagnosis requires evidence of a previous streptococcal infection.

2.2 Which diseases are similar to rheumatic fever?
The disease called streptococcal reactive arthritis is also seen after streptococcal-induced pharyngitis, but it shows arthritis properties for a long time and the risk of carditis is lower. Childhood idiopathic arthritis is another disease similar to rheumatic fever, but the duration is longer than 6 weeks. Arthritis can also occur in diseases such as reactive arthritis caused by Lyme disease , leukemia, or other bacteria or viruses. Ordinary murmurs (common murmurs without heart disease), congenital or other acquired heart conditions, rheumatic fever may be considered.

2.3 What is the importance of tests?
Some tests are required for diagnosis and follow-up. Blood tests are important to confirm the diagnosis during attacks.
As with many other rheumatic diseases, symptoms of systemic inflammation are seen in almost all patients except chorea. In most patients, there is no sign of a throat infection, and streptococci in the throat have been cleared by the immune system from the onset of the disease. If the family and / or patient cannot remember the details of a throat infection, blood tests are available to detect streptococcal antigens. The increase in the amount of these antigens (anti-streptolysin O (ASO) or DNAse B) can be detected in blood tests at 2-4 weeks intervals. The high amount is indicative of a recent infection, but this has nothing to do with the severity of the disease. Nevertheless, only patients with chorea have normal results in the test, making diagnosis difficult.
Abnormal ASO or DNAse B test results indicate previous exposure to the immune system-stimulating bacteria, and therefore alone, are not sufficient to diagnose rheumatic fever patients without symptoms. Antibiotic treatment is not usually required.

2.4 How is carditis diagnosed?
A new murmur caused by heart valve inflammation is the most common feature of carditis and is usually detected during a medical examination during a cardiac listening. An electrocardiogram (breakdown of the heart's electrical activity into a paper strip) may be appropriate to understand how much the heart is affected. Chest x-ray is also important for controlling heart enlargement.
Doppler echocardiogram or cardiac ultrasound are also very sensitive to carditis. All these procedures are absolutely painless and the only discomfort is that the child has to stop without moving throughout the test.

2.5 Is healing / healing possible?
Rheumatic fever is a major health problem in some parts of the world, but it can be prevented by treating streptococcal pharyngitis as soon as it is diagnosed (primary prevention). Acute rheumatic fever can be prevented if antibiotic treatment is initiated within 9 days of onset of pharyngitis. Symptoms of rheumatic fever are relieved by NSAIDs.
Research is currently underway to produce a vaccine for protection against streptococcus: prevention of initial infection will provide protection against abnormal immune response. This approach may be the rheumatic fever prevention method of the future.

2.6 What are the treatments?
No new treatment has been proposed in the past few years. Aspirin remains the main drug of treatment; The mechanism of action is not fully known and is thought to be due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for arthritis It is recommended to be used for 6 to 8 weeks or until the disease disappears.
Bed rest for severe carditis and orally for 2-3 weeks Treatment with corticosteroids (prednisone) is recommended, and if the symptoms and blood tests confirm that inflammation is controlled, the dose of the drug is gradually reduced and discontinued.
In Korean cases, family support may be required for personal care and school life. Drug treatment with steroids, haloperidol or valproic acid is initiated to control movements in chorea and the patient is closely monitored for side effects. Common side effects include; drowsiness and tremors that can be easily controlled by dose adjustment. In some cases of chorea, discomfort may persist for several months despite appropriate treatment.
Once diagnosed, long-term protection with antibiotics is recommended to prevent recurrence of acute rheumatic fever.

2.7 What are the side effects of drug treatment?
Salicylates and other NSAIDs are generally well tolerated in short-term symptomatic treatment. The risk of penicillin allergy is very low, but its use during the first few injections should be monitored. The main things to be aware of; painful injections and rejection of pain-feared patients. Therefore, it is recommended to educate the patient about the disease, topical anesthetics and relaxation before injections.

2.8 How long should the secondary protection last?
The risk of recurrence in the 3-5 years after the onset is higher and the risk of carditis-related damage increases with each episode. During this period, regular antibiotic therapy to prevent new streptococcal infections is recommended to all patients with rheumatic fever, regardless of the severity of the disease, even the mild ones may be exacerbated.
Most doctors agree that preventive antibiotic therapy will continue for at least 5 years after the last attack or until the child is 21 years old. In noncardiac cardiac injury, it is recommended to continue secondary preventive treatment for 10 years or until the patient is 21 years of age, whichever takes longer. If heart damage is present, secondary preventive treatment is recommended for 10 years or up to 40 years of age; If valve replacement is required as a result of the disease, treatment may continue until the age of 40 years.
Prevention of bacterial endocarditis with antibiotics is recommended for all patients who have their teeth or undergo surgery even if they have heart valve damage. This is necessary because the bacteria can progress from other parts of the body, especially the mouth, and cause infection in the heart valve.

2.9 What can be said about non-standard / complementary therapies?
There are many complementary and alternative therapies available, which can be confusing for patients and their families. The dangers and benefits of trying these treatments should be considered carefully, as their proven benefits are minimal and can be costly in terms of time and burden on the child. If you want to explore complementary and alternative therapies, it is reasonable to discuss these options with your pediatric rheumatologist. Some treatments may interfere with standard drug treatments. Most physicians will not be opposed to complementary therapies unless you follow medical advice. It is very important that you do not stop taking your prescription medications. When medications such as corticosteroids are required to control the disease, it can be very dangerous to stop taking them while the disease is still active. Please discuss any drug treatment issues with your child's physician.

2.10 What regular checks are required?
Regular checks and periodic tests may be necessary in the long-term course of the disease. Close follow-up is recommended in cases with carditis and chorea. After regression of symptoms, it is important to establish a controlled program for preventive treatment and to monitor for cardiac damage by long-term follow-up under the supervision of a cardiologist.

2.11 How long will the disease last?
Acute symptoms of the disease decrease within a few days or weeks. However, acute rheumatic fever attacks are always at risk of recurrence, and if the heart is affected, the symptoms may last a lifetime. Continuous antibiotic therapy prevents recurrence of streptococcal pharyngitis for many years.

2.12 What is the possible long-term prognosis?
The severity and severity of symptoms are unpredictable. Although the occurrence of carditis in the first episode is a potential risk factor for damage, complete recovery may be seen in some cases after carditis. In the most severe heart damage, heart surgery may be required to replace the valve.

2.13 Is it possible to fully recover?
If the carditis did not cause serious damage to the heart valve, it is possible to heal completely.

3. DAILY LIFE

3.1 How does the disease affect the daily life of the child and the family?
With proper care and regular checks, most children with rheumatic fever lead a normal life. However, family support is recommended during carditis and chorea exacerbations.
The main problem; Antibiotic prevention is to ensure lifelong compliance with preventive treatment. Primary health care should address this issue, and especially adolescents should be trained to comply with treatment.

3.2 How is school life affected?
If heart damage is not observed during regular checks, no special advice is given on routine school life and daily activities; children can participate in all activities. Families and teachers should do their best to ensure that the child normally participates in school activities, not only for academic achievement, but also for the acceptance and recognition of both peers and adults. In acute stages of chorea, there may be some limitations in school life, and parents and teachers have to deal with them for 1 to 6 months.

3.3 Does it affect sports?
Playing sports is an indispensable part of every child's daily life. One of the goals of treatment is to allow children to live as normal a life as possible and not to see themselves differently from their peers. Therefore, all activities can be performed as tolerated. However, in the acute phase, limited physical activity or bed rest may be necessary.

3.4 How should nutrition be?
There is no evidence that nutrition affects the disease. In general, the child should maintain a balanced and normal diet suitable for his age. A healthy and balanced diet containing sufficient protein, calcium and vitamins is recommended for a child of growing age. Since corticosteroids cause an appetite, patients taking these medications should avoid over-eating.

3.5 Does the climate affect the course of the disease?
There is no evidence that climate can affect the way in which the disease occurs.

3.6 Can the child be vaccinated?
The physician will decide on which vaccines the child can have. In general, vaccines do not appear to increase disease activity and cause serious adverse events in patients. On the other hand, attenuated live vaccines are generally avoided because there is a risk of hypothetically triggering infection in patients receiving high doses of immunosuppressive drugs or biological agents. Non-live vaccines appear safe for patients, even for patients receiving immunosuppressive drugs. However, most studies will not be able to fully evaluate the rare injury due to the vaccine.
In a patient on immunosuppressive medication, physicians should recommend the measurement of pathogen-specific antibody concentrations after vaccination.

3.7 What can be said about sexual life, pregnancy and birth control?
There is no restriction on sexual activity or pregnancy due to illness. However, patients taking these drugs should always be very careful about their possible toxic effects on the fetus. Patients are advised to consult their physician about contraception and pregnancy.

4. REAGENT ARTHRITIS AFTER STREPTOCOCCIN INFECTION

4.1 What is it?
Cases of streptococcal arthritis have been described in children and young adults. This is commonly referred to as "reactive arthritis" or "reactive arthritis that develops after streptococcal infection" (PSRA).
PSRA primarily affects children aged 8 to 14 years and young adults aged 21 to 27 years. It usually develops 10 days after a throat infection. It differs from acute rheumatic fever-induced arthritis (ARF), which mainly affects large joints. In PSRA, large and small joints and axial skeleton are affected. It usually takes longer than ARF - about 2 months, sometimes longer.
Abnormal laboratory test results (C-reactive protein and / or erythrocyte sedimentation rate) with mild fever and inflammation are available. Inflammatory markers are lower than in ARF. PSRA diagnosis includes arthritis with evidence of recent streptococcal infection; It is based on abnormal results from streptococcal antibody tests (ASO, DNAse B) and the absence of symptoms of ARF according to the "Jones criteria".
PSRA is a discomfort other than ARF. Carditis is not likely to occur in patients with PSRA. At present, the American Heart Foundation recommends preventive antibiotic therapy for one year after symptoms appear. In addition, these patients should be carefully monitored for evidence of clinical and echocardiographic carditis. If heart disease occurs, the patient should be treated like ARF, otherwise preventive treatment may be discontinued. Cardiologist follow-up is recommended.

What should be done to lower fever in children? Here's what you need to do to reduce the fever in children…

HOW TO REDUCE HIGH FIRE IN CHILDREN?

Fever reduction does not change the course of the disease. Fever has many benefits for our body. In the presence of fever, there are studies showing that the migration of white blood cells, which are responsible for killing germs, to the environment where microbes are located, and the ability of white blood cells to release germs lethal substances are increased. The fever response accelerates the death of bacteria.

World Health Organization, healthy children routinely use antipyretics; recommends the use of antipyretics when the body temperature is 39 ° C or higher. However, fever can disturb the child and complicate treatment compliance. Fluid loss, restlessness and remittance can be seen in febrile children. It also increases the metabolic rate and tissue oxygen demand, and consequently increases the workload of the heart. In the light of this information, reducing fever should be considered separately for each patient.

WHAT CONDITIONS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REDUCE FIRE?

Children with cardiological, metabolic and neurological diseases,

Children at risk of having a feverish remittance,

At 41 degrees and higher fever,

Fever should be reduced in children in the presence of fever, restlessness and excessive crying.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FEVER CHILDREN

Thicker clothing leads to higher fire. For this reason, let the children dress less, and reduce the clothes even more while sleeping. The room temperature should be neither too hot nor too cold (21-22 degrees ideal).

In case of high fever (38 degrees and above), you should take your child in a warm shower by giving the appropriate dose of the antipyretic recommended by your doctor according to your child's age and weight. However, a warm shower and warm compress alone without antipyretics can sometimes cause the child to feel uncomfortable and tremble in the water and increase the temperature slightly.

In most fevers lower than 39 ° C; if the child's general condition is good, he or she may not need medication. If you are fever above 39 ° C, antipyretics containing paracetamol or ibuprofen may be given according to your child's age and weight. If you do not know the recommended dose according to your child's age and weight, you should consult your doctor.

Let's apply wet and warm compresses to the forehead, temples, armpits, groin and back of the legs. Let's change the compresses frequently.

When all patients are sick, the appetite of children is reduced. Do not force children who do not want to eat. Prepare your favorite dishes during such periods and encourage them to eat as much as they can.

Consult doctor if any of the following conditions exist

Fever that requires you to call your doctor; it depends on your child's age, chronic illness, and whether there are any other symptoms associated with fever. If you have difficulty commenting on your child's condition, it is best to contact your doctor.

• If your baby is less than 6 months old,

• If your child has continuous crying, drowsiness, blurred consciousness and delusion, hallucinations,

• If there is evidence that the body is dehydrated, such as the absence of tears when crying, collapse of the pinhole, dryness of the lips and mouth, decrease in the amount of urine,

• If the fever persists for more than 72 hours,

• Cough with fever, ear pain, sore throat, stiff neck, frequent urination, change in urine color, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, redness of joints, limitation of joint movements and swelling, skin rash,

• Exhausted, if the general condition is poor (color pale or lip-fingertips purple, very sluggish and tired appearance),

• If heart rate and breathing are fast,

• If babies are not able to suck, cry or feed,

• If there is non-falling fever with fever reducers,

• If there is no gas and poop and abdominal distension for more than 12 hours,

• If you have had surgery recently, you should consult your doctor

Fever associated with infectious diseases is not a disease alone but a finding. Since the underlying disease may be a sign, the real cause of the fever needs to be found.

“Fever” is the most worrying situation for parents in infancy and childhood. Families are often confronted with this situation, which arouses a rush. Infectious diseases are most commonly seen in infants and children under 3 years of age who have not yet completed immunity. In this respect, it is important to be informed about how fever occurs, how it is measured and evaluated, what signs and symptoms of severe bacterial infections that cause fever, when and how to treat them. Acıbadem Hospital Child Health and Diseases Specialist Kand Fever occurs because the body identifies and fights different viruses, bacteria and other microorganisms, Murat he says. “The most common cause of fever is infections; children in the first five to six years of their lives may experience feverish illnesses due to viral infection. When fever is suspected, your child's body temperature should be measured. The body temperature felt by touching the forehead of the child is not reliable. Thermometers are more accurate than your hands and measure the actual body temperature. ”

What is fever?

When body temperature rises above normal levels, it is called fever. The average normal body temperature for humans is 37 ° C. People control their internal body temperature very well. The hypothalamus in the brain acts as a thermostat - balancing body temperature. When the hypothalamus sets the body temperature to a high temperature, fever occurs. Dr. Kandemir explains the reason: “The adjustment to a high degree is caused by small molecules called pyrogen in the blood. Pyrogens may come from external sources such as bacteria, viruses or toxins. In some cases, increased body temperature helps fight infection, but this is not always the case. ”

Parents are very concerned about the fever. Dr. Kandemir “if your child's body temperature; above 38 ° C in the rectum, 37.8 ° C in the ear and 37.2 ° C in the armpit, fever is acceptable. “Warns families.

Treatment of febrile child

There are many wrong practices known to families about treatment. Dr. Kandemir parents should pay attention to the following points:

· Medical evaluation of all babies 3 months and under is essential.

· In order to prevent desolation, the body fluid should not be left incomplete. High fever can lead to rapid dehydration, especially in young children. Water, soup, fruit juices are good options. Drinks such as cola and tea, which contain caffeine, should be prevented from drinking since it will cause water loss due to its diuretic effect.

· Children who do not want to eat should not be forced to eat. Acceptable amounts of what your child wants to eat should be allowed.

· Children attending school should rest at home until the fever does not rise for 24 hours.

· Wet and warm compresses on the forehead, temples, armpits, groin and back of the legs are very effective in reducing fever. Cold water and alcohol should not be used, as this will cause tremors that may cause a further rise in fire. The applied compresses should be changed frequently.

· IrmeWearing excessive clothing may cause the temperature to rise more, so children should be dressed very little, and clothes should be reduced further while sleeping. It should not be forgotten that fever can not be reduced by sweating method and it can be done more harm.

· Most feverish children with a body temperature lower than 38.9 ° C; if the child's general condition is good, he or she may not need medication. If fever above 38.9 ° C, antipyretics containing acetaminophen or ibuprofen may be given according to your child's age and weight. If you do not know the recommended dose according to your child's age and weight, you should consult your doctor.

Aspirin is not recommended as an antipyretic in children 12 years or younger as it causes disease with sudden liver and brain damage known as Reye syndrome.

When should he call the doctor?

Fever that will activate you to call your doctor; it varies according to your child's age, current illness, and the presence of other symptoms associated with fever. In this respect, remember that the best method is to consult your doctor if you have difficulty commenting on your child's condition. Dr. Kandemir states the emergencies as follows:

· If your baby's temperature is 38 ° C or higher from the rectum for ay3 months or younger;

· A fever of 38.3 ° C and above in a -63-6 month old baby,

· 40 ° C fever is measured in a baby 6 months old

· If your child has fever crying that cannot be silenced, persistence of fever despite falling fever, constant drowsiness, blurring of consciousness and delirium, redness in the body with fever,

· If the baby has signs of thirst (such as lack of tears when crying, collapse of the pinhole, dryness of the lips and mouth, decrease in the amount of urine)

IseIf it has been transferred before or when it is hot,

· If the fever persists for more than 72 hours,

· If you have cough with fever, ear pain, sore throat, nuchal rigidity, frequent urination, change in urine color, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, redness of joints, joint movement and swelling, you should call your doctor.

Fever can cause serious difficulties to the body. Infections, rheumatic diseases, vaccines, heatstroke etc. What causes fever? You can find out about the causes, symptoms and treatment of high fever in our news. All the details about the fire in our news ...

Fever plays an important role in helping your body recover from a range of infections. It is not worrisome unless an adult reaches 39.4 C or higher, but for babies and toddlers, a slightly elevated temperature may indicate a serious infection. How to reduce high fever?

HOW TO REDUCE HIGH FIRE?

Your doctor may not recommend medication for mild high fever. Slightly elevated fever will also kill the germs and cure the disease. Here are the treatment methods for moderate and high fever:

Medication

Over-the-counter medications: In case of high and moderate fever, your doctor may recommend over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol, Advil, Aspirin. These medicines should be used in accordance with the instructions for use and the doctor's advice and overdosage should be avoided. Overdosing and prolonged use of these drugs may cause liver and kidney damage, and may even endanger life. Children should not be given aspirin.

Prescription drugs: Your doctor may prescribe certain medications depending on the underlying causes of fever. For example, if your bacterial infection is causing a fever, your doctor will prescribe antibiotics. If the cause of the fever is virus, antibiotics are not given because there is no treatment for viruses. However, in these cases, antipyretic drugs may be prescribed to reduce fever and the patient is recommended to consume plenty of fluids and rest.

Fever treatment in children

In particular, infants younger than 28 days of age may require hospitalization and inpatient treatment with assays. In such infants, fever may be caused by a serious infection and may require intravenous medication. Infants should be referred to the hospital in case of fever.

Home treatment methods

Fever leads to loss of fluid and dehydration in the body, so plenty of water, juice and soup should be consumed. For children under 1 year, solutions of electrolyte and water can be used for use in the case of dehydration. The patient should have plenty of rest, intense physical activity can increase the fever further, leading to risky conditions. You also need to keep the patient cool. Therefore, no thick clothes should be worn, the room temperature should not be too high and only a single duvet or blanket should be used.

WHY DOES FIRE TAKE?

When there is an infection or illness in the body, our immune system reacts and the hypothalamus region of our brain tries to kill the organisms that cause the disease by raising body temperature. Fever helps the body get rid of the disease. However, in some cases it rises above normal and can cause serious problems.

Some of the conditions that cause fever to rise are:

- Viruses
- Bacterial infections
- Sun stroke
- Some inflammations such as rheumatoid arthritis
- Cancer
- Antibiotics or certain drugs
- Some vaccines such as diphtheria, tetanus
- Lupus
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Blood clot
- Drug use
- Teething in children
- Food poisoning

WHAT IS FIRE?

Fever is the increase in internal body temperature to levels that are considered above normal. High body temperature or fever is one of the ways our immune system tries to fight an infection. Generally, an increase in body temperature helps an individual resolve an infection. Bacterial or viral infections are common causes.

High fever values for adults:

- Rectal or ear measurement: 38 C and above
- Oral measurement: 37.8 C and above
- Underarm measurement: 37.2 C and above

High fever values for children:

- Rectal or ear measurement: 38.1 C and above
- Oral measurement: 37.6 C and above
- Underarm measurement: 37.4 C and above

Fever is a natural response of the body to combat viruses and bacteria by weakening them and limiting their reproductive ability. [1] Fever helps burn toxins and activates the immune system. Fever should be “cured” because the body is a method of choice for self-healing, but only when the body is too weak to fight infection, when the fever is too high for the body to cope, or when it is extremely uncomfortable. You can control the fever at home most of the time, but also if you have severe fluid loss, lips, tongue or nails are bruised, you have severe headaches, hallucinations or difficulty walking, if you have difficulty breathing or have a seizure, you should call 112 immediately.

Method
one
Making the necessary adjustments in the home environment

one
Drink plenty of water. Aim for a glass of water every two hours. The body quickly loses fluid due to sweating or sneezing caused by illnesses such as the common cold or flu. Fluid loss, dehydration, can lead to elevated body temperature and often causes headaches, dizziness, muscle cramps, drop in blood pressure and seizures.
The recommended daily amount of water for an average adult is 2 liters. [3] Caffeinated drinks that are reasonably drunk are generally suitable but they should not be the only liquid source. Most of the daily fluid needs are met with drinking water. [4]
Sports drinks are suitable for rehydration, ie re-liquefying, but use them with caution. Although these beverages provide electrolytes, they are generally much more concentrated than necessary. Dilute one part of sports drink with one part of water or add a glass of water to each glass of sports drink.
Rehydration solution. You don't need commercial drinks to eliminate fluid loss, you can do it yourself.
You can use commercial electrolyte rehydration products such as Pedialyte for young children because these solutions are specially designed for the body of children. [5]
To provide rehydration in children, give infants at least 30 ml per hour, 60 ml for younger children and 90 ml for older children. [6]

2nd
Wear comfortable clothes. When there is a fever, wear plenty of comfortable clothing so that your body can relax and help improve air circulation to stay cool. Stay away from thick clothing and blankets that can trap the heat and cause the fire to last. When you sleep, choose a light garment, a light blanket or bed linen.
Natural fibers, such as cotton, bamboo or silk, often have better air permeability than man-made fibers such as acrylic or polyester.

3
Lower the room temperature. High temperatures cause longer fever and excessive sweating, resulting in loss of water. The room temperature should ideally be between about 23 ° C and 25 ° C. The fan may work if the room is hot or airless.

4
Rest well. Getting enough rest helps the body to heal faster by strengthening the immune system. Avoid moving too much. If possible, get work permit to sleep more than you normally sleep.
Studies show that sleep deficiency weakens the immune system, increases the production of stress hormones, increases the risk of developing chronic diseases and shortens life.
For more information on how to create a better sleep pattern, see How to Sleep Better.

5
Use antipyretics. You can take antipyretics if your fever is too high or you are seriously disturbed. Various medications lower fever: for example acetaminophen, ibuprofen and aspirin. Use these over-the-counter medications to help lower your fever, as it says.
Watch the dose of the drug. Take the lowest dose possible to lower your temperature.
Children under 18 should not use aspirin unless specifically instructed by a doctor. Aspirin is associated with the development of Reye's syndrome, a disease that causes swelling of the brain and liver. [7]

6
Take a warm shower. A 5-10 minute shower or bath helps to trigger the perspiration that keeps the body cool, relaxes the aching muscles, and opens up the sinuses that are probably blocked by a cold. Make sure that the water is not too hot so that the internal temperature does not rise, as this may cause the fire to last longer. [8]
Keeping your body clean can also help reduce the risk of other viral or bacterial infections.

7
Wipe with sponge. If it is not possible to take a bath or is not attractive, use a damp towel instead. After dipping the small towels in warm water, apply them to your forehead and armpits. This triggers perspiration that helps keep the body cool, improves blood circulation and reduces nasal congestion caused by colds.
Using cold water or an ice pack or taking a cold shower may cause trembling; this may lead to an increase in internal temperature and a longer duration of fire. [9]
Do not apply warm towels to the wound or inflamed skin, as this may cause bleeding and further inflammation.

8
Keep your nose open. It is important to keep your nose open to breathe easily into the cold or flu that causes fever. Difficulty breathing can also raise your fever. Don't blow it too hard because you might have an earache over your cold because of the pressure. Squeeze gently and only as often as necessary. [10]
Experts recommend closing one nostril with your finger and blowing the other lightly into tissue paper. [11] Help the child or baby blow out correctly if it gets cold.
To avoid the risk of another bacterial or viral infection, wash your hands after wiping your nose.

9
Dont go out. The best thing to do if you're not already outside when the fire starts is to rest in an enclosed space where the air is drier and the temperature will not change much. If you need to be out there with a fire, stay in the shade and don't move too much. [12]

10
Avoid smoking. Smoking suppresses the body's immune system in addition to lung cancer and other respiratory diseases. [13] Therefore, smoking requires the body to fight more vigorously against viruses and bacteria; which in turn raises body temperature. The best thing to do until the fever falls is to stay away from cigarette smoke, nicotine and other tobacco products.
Children (mostly babies) should not be exposed to passive smoking, especially when they have fever.

11th
Decrease caffeine intake. Too much caffeine can be bad for you when you have a fever. Excessive caffeine intake can lead to fever, headache, insomnia, diarrhea, irritability and dizziness. Caffeine can also trigger the discharge of water from the body, and excessive caffeine intake can cause loss of water. [14] Stay away from caffeine when the fever arises and limit your caffeine intake to 100 mg.
One cup of brewed coffee contains 133 mg, and one cup of black tea contains 53 mg of caffeine. Avoid sugary soft drinks, energy and sports drinks because they can cause nausea and vomiting when you have a fever.
In cases of severe overdose of caffeine, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, hallucination, difficulty breathing, and contractions may occur. [15]
Don't use caffeine supplements until your fever drops.
Children and babies should not take caffeine in general.

12
Avoid alcohol. Whether beer or wine or another drink, you have to stay away from alcohol regardless of the intensity of your fire. Alcohol weakens the immune system, making it difficult for the body to heal quickly. [16]

13
Don't use spirits. Rubbing toilet spirits will cool your skin. However, this is a very temporary feeling. If the fever is out, this cooling effect is useless because it causes trembling, which increases the internal temperature of the body. [17]
Moreover, the skin can absorb alcohol. For young children (especially infants), this may increase the risk of alcohol poisoning [18].

14
See a doctor. Most of the time you can fever at home, but there are certain situations where you have to leave it to professionals.
If the fever is between 39.5-40.5 ° C, if it does not fall off with over-the-counter medications such as ibuprofen and aspirin [19], or if the fever lasts longer than seventy-two hours, you should see a doctor immediately. Other conditions that require you to see a doctor immediately when you have a fever are: [20]
Infants less than 3 months old, no matter how many degrees of fever
Children under 2 years with high fever or fever lasting more than 48 hours
If you have traveled recently, have had surgery or a vaccine or touched known allergens or risky substances
If you have a disease such as diabetes, anemia, cystic fibrosis, or heart or lung disease
If your fever is often moderate or high
A new skin rash or bruise has developed for unknown reasons
If you're in pain while urinating

15
Distinguish between fever and other activities that increase body temperature. Physical activity, sudden changes in mood, hormonal changes, irregular or excessive eating, tight or thick clothing, medications and exposure to high temperatures can also increase body temperature. If you suspect that you are experiencing heatstroke, you should call 112 immediately and seek medical attention because heatstroke may cause seizures and heart attacks.
Body temperature may increase due to heat stroke, and this should be treated in a different way. If you think the main problem is heat stroke, you can find more information in this article: How to Treat Heatstroke?

16
Decide whether you should take your child to the pediatrician. Even if the child's fever is not too high compared to an adult, it may be good to talk to your doctor. Always consult a pediatrician before giving your child antipyretics. You should also seek medical attention if your child meets the following conditions: [21]
If it is less than 3 months old and the breech temperature is 38 ° C or higher
3-12 months and fever of 39 ° C or higher
If she is under 2 years of age and fever persists for more than 48 hours
If he is not himself, you cannot easily wake him up, his fever goes up and down for a week or more (even if his fever is not too high or fever reappears after the symptoms disappear)
If the tears do not flow when you cry or cannot calm down when you cry
If the diaper does not get wet or did not urinate in the last 8 hours
If you have other symptoms, such as sore throat, earache, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting or cough, indicating that the disease should be treated.

Method
2nd
Making Changes to Your Nutrition

one
Avoid food that causes inflammation. Fever is a kind of inflammation that the body uses to protect itself from harmful substances. Foods that increase the fire may worsen or last longer. They can also cause indigestion and bloating and increase discomfort. Try to avoid these foods, especially when you have a fever: [22]
Refined carbohydrates such as white bread, pastries and donuts
fries
Sweet drinks such as soft drinks or energy drinks
Processed meats such as veal, ham, steak and hot dogs
Margarine, fat and fat

2nd
Eat anti-inflammatory foods. Some foods cause inflammation, while others can help reduce it. However, if you experience nausea, indigestion or vomiting after eating something, you should try to stay longer than that food until the fever falls. Lighter, non-acidic foods such as low-fat salads, nuts and whole grains are more easily absorbed by the body when you have a fever. Foods that help reduce inflammation include: [23]
Fruits like strawberries, cherries and oranges
Nuts like almonds and walnuts
Green leafy vegetables rich in antioxidants, such as spinach or kale
Oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, tuna and sardine
Whole grains such as brown rice, quinoa, millet, oatmeal and flaxseed
Olive oil or canola oil

3
Take vitamin C. Vitamin C helps to boost immune function, balance blood sugar, trigger cell growth and repair, and reduce the risk of developing various chronic diseases. Although vitamin C deficiency is rare, it affects the immune system greatly. Taking enough vitamin C when you have fever can help your body recover faster. Daily recommended 500 mg of vitamin C can be taken as a dietary supplement by dividing into two or three. Since smoking reduces vitamin C in the body, smokers may need an additional 35 mg of vitamin C per day. You can also add foods rich in vitamin C to your daily diet. Foods that are good sources of vitamin C include:
Sweet red or green pepper
Orange, pomelo, grapefruit, lime or non-concentrated citrus juices.
Spinach, broccoli and Brussels sprouts
Strawberries and raspberries
Tomato
Mango, papaya and melon

Get magnesium. Magnesium is an essential nutrient for many body functions, such as energy production. It also reduces anxiety, stress, chronic fatigue and chest pain, and helps maintain blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels at a healthy level. Magnesium deficiency can weaken the immune system and cause some health problems.
Natural sources of magnesium include salmon, mackerel, flounder, tuna, milk chocolate, dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, brown rice, lentils, soybeans, chickpeas, avocados and bananas.
Calcium can interfere with the absorption of magnesium supplements, so it is better to use more easily absorbed forms of magnesium such as magnesium bicarbonate and magnesium oxide. It is recommended to take 100 mg magnesium supplement 2-3 times a day. Adults should take at least 280-350 mg of magnesium per day.
Excessive intake of magnesium can have adverse effects, which can reduce calcium absorption. Therefore, it is important not to exceed the dose. Ask your doctor about the right dose for your personal needs.

5
Homemade soup interior. Intake of warm liquids, such as soup, can help reduce the internal temperature of the body, promote hydration, and trigger sweating, which helps the body stay cool and lower fever. [24] The soup should be light, free of flour and cereal.
Put half a kilo of sliced potatoes, 250 grams of chopped carrot, 125 grams of chopped leek and other leafy vegetables such as lettuce, spinach or red cabbage in 2 liters of water.
Cook for an hour over medium heat and strain the soup into a cup or bowl. Only people with low blood pressure should add salt to the soup.

6
Give children easy and indigestible food. It includes an easy-to-digest diet, soft and not very spicy, and low-fiber foods for easy digestion. [25] [26] The following foods are good options for such a diet: [27]
Breads, crackers and pastas made of refined white flour
Refined hot cereals such as oatmeal or semolina porridge
Juices can be drunk as long as they are moderate, but don't give your child too much juice because most fruits contain citric acid, which can cause stomach acid and reflux and can cause vomiting. Dilute these drinks by making half of water and half of fruit juice. If you are making juice at home, make sure the fruits or vegetables used are ripe. Make sure the juice does not contain added sugar and is 100% juice. Giving juice to a vomiting child. [28]
For children who are used to drinking regular milk, milk is a good option if they don't vomit.
Babies should be given only rehydration solutions, such as nutritious drinks, breast milk and Pedialyte, until their fever subsides. Solid foods can overload the baby's digestive system. [29]

Method
3
Using Herbal Solutions

one
Drink herbal tea. Herbal teas contain many antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients that can support relaxation, induce indigestion and gastric reflux, and reduce fever-related constipation. It may take 2-3 hours for some teas to take effect. Herbal teas that help reduce symptoms associated with fever include:
Chamomile tea; Helps reduce insomnia, anxiety, inflammation, heartburn, bronchitis and sore throat. To make chamomile tea, put 2-3 grams of dried chamomile flowers in 1 cup of warm water and let stand for 5 minutes, then filter and drink. Consult a doctor before giving children chamomile tea.
Mint tea can help reduce the congestion related to colds or flu. Thanks to the active ingredient menthol, it can also have a cooling effect on the body. To make mint tea, put ¼ teaspoon of mint leaf in 1 cup of warm water and let stand for 3-5 minutes, then filter and drink without using a sweetener. This tea can be taken 1-2 times a day to reduce the symptoms of mild fever. Mint can cause nausea when taken with moderate to high fever (about 39.5-40.5 ° C). It should not be given to children or babies.

2nd
Drink rice juice. If fever is accompanied by severe diarrhea or indigestion, it is a good idea to reduce them with the help of rice water. [30] You can prepare 2½ tablespoons of rice in 1 liter of water by boiling for half an hour. Then filter and drink.
You can also give rice water to children older than 2 years with fever.

3
Use pepper. If you like spicy food, add ½ chopped cayenne pepper or 1-2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper powder, especially in gravy soup. Pepper contains capsaicin, which supports healing, has antiviral, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It also triggers perspiration that keeps the body cool.
People with allergy to latex, banana, kiwi, chestnut and avocado may also be allergic to Albanian pepper.
People with gastric reflux or low blood sugar (or taking blood thinners) should not take capsaicin.
Sick children often prefer easy-to-digest foods and their bodies remove them, so skip this step for young children and babies.

4
Use ginger. Ginger helps to alleviate anxiety, nausea, vomiting, high blood pressure and digestive problems that may accompany fever and make the condition more manageable. Ginger extract is also available in most herbal capsules or as fat. Ginger can be a powerful plant; therefore, the recommended daily dose is 4 grams, including dietary intake. Here are some caveats to remember:
Pregnant women should not take more than 1 gram of ginger per day.
Ginger should not be given to babies or children under 2 years. Consult a doctor to find out which dose is right for your child.
Do not take ginger if you have a clotting disorder or are using blood-thinning medications including aspirin.

5
Use balm. Melissa, tannin called antiviral and anti-inflammatory agents are available. Melissa helps reduce insomnia and anxiety and helps relieve fever by facilitating digestion. Melisa is available in most herbal food shops and herbal products in the form of nutritional supplements, topical cream, solution and herbal tea.
The recommended dosage for dietary supplements containing lemon balm is between 300-500 mg up to three times a day.
To make lemon balm tea, leave ¼ teaspoon dried melissa for 3-5 minutes in 1 cup of water. Filter and drink immediately without adding any sweetener.

6
Use lemon grass oil. Studies have shown that lemon grass has many antiviral, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce fever. [31] Lemongrass oil is used in aromatherapy to help reduce congestion caused by colds or flu and fight infection.
Add 5 drops of essential oil to 15 ml of base oil and then gently massage your forehead or neck for 3-5 minutes. Wipe the oil using a damp, warm towel.
Children or infants should not use lemon grass oil.

Warnings
If fever rises above 40 ° C, seek medical attention.
Do not exercise with fever.
Generally, fever is not dangerous unless it exceeds 41 ° C and does not cause brain damage.

Without testing, it is possible to determine how pregnancy at home and whether pregnancy can be detected before a delay, iodine, soda, and an indoor flower, as well as a reliable indication of public symptoms - you will find all this and much more.
I've gathered information for a long time, I even managed to try it myself. No, I'm not in a great position, just a friend and I did an urine experiment, in position and waiting for the baby and I'm already raising two children.

How to determine pregnancy at home without testing
Whenever a woman plans to become a mother, she is worried about whether she will be a mother, so I want to know this wonderful result quickly before the test.
There are other reasons you need to know as soon as possible if there is fertilization. This is especially true for girls who do not intend to become a mother in the near future.
Whatever the reason, the curiosity already wastes money and searches start to learn how to find out what “flies de in the early days.
Without a pharmacy, you can easily recognize it with menstruation or, of course, if you haven't always been with you, and you don't keep a calendar, you may notice its absence. If you still suspect a menstrual delay, I suggest you take some tests and check as a result. Again, if you don't trust him or you don't have money for him, my advice will help you.

How to determine early pregnancy without testing
Of course, if you had regular ones by then, this is the first sign.
Breast enhancement. No, as most people write, it won't immediately increase in size with you, it will just become a little more intense and it will look painful. In both cases, my chest immediately began to hurt, I clearly understood that I was in a position in the second week. Only two weeks, but such a reliable sign.
. This symptom occurs, although not at all, but is still very rare. In the morning mild nausea, sharp and even vomiting. Toxicosis can occur much later and in the second trimester. For example, there was no toxicosis during this stay.
Pain in the lower abdomen. As menstruation should begin, the lower abdominal area has a somewhat “pain his feeling. Although the doctors mention such a symptom, I still refuse it because the pain in the lower abdomen should not show a perfect condition, but rather give a clue about the threat of some kind of illness or even disruption.
Urination. For 9 months, urination is much more common than ordinary life. This is due to the fact that the uterus begins to enlarge and thus pressurize the bladder.
Mood change. Yes, my dear women and I will. Many of them become capricious and take everything into the heart, then quickly get away from the disease and smile in your mouth.
Nutrition and appetite. New preferences are emerging or you do not want to eat three times a day, but much more and also seize the honey borsch. By the way, I used to love pickles and borsch with honey in my childhood, but at that time I was only 9 years old and then I didn't mention any understanding.
Numbness. The expectant mother often wanted to sleep, she was exactly with me. It seemed to me that I was ready to sleep forever, but in the second month they all stopped.
Here are simple tips on how to test your pregnancy at home.

How to determine pregnancy according to basal temperature
The temperature in women changes after fertilization, probably every girl knows it. Therefore, very often during a skipping menstruation, ladies receive a thermometer. Frankly, I had to do this when I put him in a hospital bed. And then, suddenly I was so scared of the fact that there was something, it's a thermometer and mercury.
Using a conventional mercury thermometer, you can learn the understanding of the outcome of a gynecologist. Similarly, during ovulation, the temperature rises to 37 - 37.2 degrees, and if the egg is not fertilized, the temperature of the woman remains the same.
The temperature should be measured for exactly 5 minutes, but not less, the thermometer should not be kept under the arm as usual, but should be used rectally or vaginally.
How to determine pregnancy with iodine
You can learn this in two ways using iodine, the way I'm currently sharing.
First you need to collect the morning urine in a container and slowly, exactly, drop the iodine from a pipette into a glass by analysis. If the dot has spread, you won't be a mother in the near future and you don't have to worry, but if a drop doesn't spread, you'll break after three trimesters, even after drowning and surfacing.
For some reason, the second method reminds me of chemistry. You need to collect urine in the morning, drop a strip of paper into it and pour iodine on it. If your dough strip changes color to blue or lilac, then you will clearly drink a peanut, but if the strip has taken the color of iodine, you should forget about diapers and vests.
How to determine pregnancy with soda
The point is that if you add a teaspoon of soda, the alkaline urine will not change in any way. And in women who are in position, this is exactly the urine. Therefore, if soda is added to the cup with urine, no reaction occurs unlike an ordinary person's urine.
If soda enters the urine of an ordinary woman, a reaction occurs and bubbles appear with a hiss, indicating the acidity of the urine.
Early signs of pregnancy before menstrual delay - Omens
You can introduce yourself to public signs, maybe add something, or maybe I will cheer you up. Believe it or not, it's your job, I'll write you how to recognize the early stage of conception before the delay.
And so, friends, you have to lie on your back, relax, put your finger in your belly and listen quietly, if you feel a surge, then you will probably be a young mother.
You can calculate your interesting position and flowers. To do this, collect the morning urine in a glass and pour it over your favorite flower. If the flower does not disappear, but leaves new leaves, then maybe your dream comes true and you are in a position.
Honestly, I would not risk the flower, sad - the same thing, the destruction of the plant. I've checked this with just a compassionate option and with a friend. At home, I had two of the same flowers, these are Benjamin's ficus. One day we did an experiment with him, and 10 days later they both became yellow leaves; this meant that both began to disappear even though the flowers were dislodged.
No, my flowers are alive now, I have washed the roots and transported them to good soil. The popular sign proved impossible.

How to determine pregnancy before delayed testing
The points I explained above about soda and iodine express how we can handle the situation in the early stages and before the absence of menstruation.
You can learn in other ways, for example, you need to put a wedding ring on a woman's hair and hold it on the alleged mother's belly. If the ring begins to spin in a circle, then you will become a mother in the near future, and if the ring does not move or moves with incomprehensible steps, the idea of renewing the family should be discarded.
This step and method is probably related to the influx of people and whether to trust it or not, the choice is yours.
How to determine early pregnancy before delay
Here are a few tips to find out if the crumbs live inside you. After all, you need to urinate in the morning and add red wine on it, and if your analysis reveals clots and rags, then you are not pregnant. For a future mother, urine is perfectly cleaned without curd mix.
I didn't use the second method, I honestly confess, was told to me by a long-held mother and confirmed that the result was reliable. To do this, boil the woman's urine and immediately put it in a transparent container. If you are a future parent, there will be sediment at the bottom.

These are signs of pregnancy before menstruation delay.
My friends, my advice on how to determine pregnancy before a test-free delay, early signs of pregnancy before the delay in your period, and how to identify a test-free pregnancy at home should be useful and helpful. I wish everyone a happy family and children.
With love, Nina Kuzmenko!
Sooner or later, every woman raises the question of how to control pregnancy at home. If there is no test available, it is not possible to go to a doctor, but I want to be sure of pregnancy right now, proven folk methods will work. For centuries, when women use ultrasound, pregnancy tests and hCG pregnancy hormone detection tests have not yet been available. Which methods can he trust and which of the supernatural realms - let's talk about it now.
An attentive woman can predict pregnancy even before the menstruation delay. To do this, he has to listen to his body and pay attention to some symptoms.

How to check pregnancy symptoms
After conception, the female body actively changes the way it works. This requires significant changes in the welfare of women. If you take a closer look at your body, you can determine pregnancy without testing or specific tests.
Pregnancy symptoms, time test:
delay. Lack of menstruation is the first sign of pregnancy. When a delay arises, a woman immediately thinks of a possible understanding. Only in rare cases, menstrual flow may persist for the first month after pregnancy.
Changes in the mammary glands. Breast augmentation, pain, discoloration of the nipples, discharge - this is perhaps the most reliable sign of pregnancy. These changes indicate the onset of hormonal changes. However, these symptoms may show PMS on the eve of expected menstruation.
dizziness. Common confusion, sudden dizziness may indicate a successful understanding. A woman can see flies in front of her eyes, numb legs and even fainting may occur. These symptoms are the result of increased synthesis of sex hormones that support embryo development. It should be noted that the same symptomatic appearance occurs in the background of chronic stress and overwork.
Vomiting and nausea. In the early stages of pregnancy, almost every woman has morning vomiting. Toxicosis can occur before the menstrual delay, so it is one of the first signs of pregnancy. However, vomiting apparently, food poisoning should be excluded.
Hyperthermia. A constant increase in temperature at 37-37.5 ° C may indicate progesterone production. The concentration of this hormone increases after fertilization. High temperature signs are not characteristic of pregnant women, so they show an infectious and inflammatory process.
Abdominal pain. During pregnancy, pain is allowed to develop in the belly or very lower abdominal area. The pain occurs when the fetal egg leaves the fallopian tube and invades the endometrium of the uterus. Currently, there is aching pain, malaise may occur, insufficient spotting occurs.
How to check pregnancy - additional symptoms
Some women have specific pregnancy symptoms:
Exacerbation of taste and odor receptors. After pregnancy, a reluctance to some flavors and products may occur. Or, on the contrary, a woman wants to eat or smell something unusual.
Drowsiness, unfounded fatigue. The body consumes a large amount of energy for the implantation of a fetal egg. Therefore, a pregnant woman sleeps, is difficult to work, constantly wants to lie. Weakness is seen all day, so even light household chores cause overwork.
Excess weight. How is it checked in early pregnancy? Nausea and changes in gastronomic preferences are not seen in all pregnant women, but there is a slight increase in weight. The truth is that after conception, a woman consumes more fluids and often consumes more salty food, causing fluid retention in the tissues. This causes an increase in weight of 1-2 kg.
Mood. Psycho-emotional imbalance is characteristic of all pregnant women. Baseless stoves are anger, immunity, pessimism, manifestations of a changing hormonal background. Sometimes these symptoms occur before menstruation, but if a woman does not suffer from PMS, you can think about pregnancy.
Unusual choice. When pregnancy occurs, plenty of mucous secretion can be seen, no smell and color. If the discharge causes discomfort, it smells bad, you must exclude sexual infection.
Pigmentation, papillomas. High concentrations of sex hormones cause age spots on the face, abdomen and nipples. In some women papillary, especially neck and nipples begin to grow actively, birthmarks increase.
Libido change. In women, sex drive may increase or decrease completely.
Nasal congestion. During pregnancy, the blood begins to move more quickly, which causes swelling of the mucous membranes and respiratory failure. This phenomenon is also called pregnant hay fever.
These symptoms only indicate pregnancy, but not 100% accuracy. Therefore, the final result can be obtained at an appointment with a gynecologist.

How to check pregnancy at home
Changes in the reproductive system can confirm or exclude pregnancy very accurately. Tips are menstrual bleeding, body temperature and pulse chart.
How to check pregnancy - Delay and delay in the middle of the menstrual cycle
Delay of the next menstruation is a definite way to confirm pregnancy. To do this, a woman must continue her menstrual program in order to know the beginning of the next menstruation.
True, this method is suitable for women with regular menstrual cycle 28-35 days. Then you can more precisely predict when menstruation is coming. If the length of the cycle is uneven, the woman usually has delays, and there is no point in focusing on this symptom.
With the help of the menstrual chart, you can answer the question of how to control the gestational age. For this, a woman must determine the approximate date of ovulation (14-18 days of the cycle) and calculate how much time has passed since then. This will be the approximate gestational age.
Important! Delayed menstruation does not always indicate pregnancy. Various gynecological diseases, diet, stress, overwork, causes regular menstruation.
Special attention should be paid to implantation bleeding. When the fetal egg enters the walls of the uterus, a woman may see little discharge of red or brown. This occurs 6-10 days before the expected date of menstruation. Ejaculation does not last more than two days. Their abundance is determined by several droplets on the flax.

How to check pregnancy - basal temperature measurement
Pregnancy can also be established by detecting fluctuations in basal temperature (CT). However, this method has its own characteristics:
First, the CT graph shows the status of the hormonal background. With it, you can monitor the change in the phases of the menstrual cycle and suggest only a possible understanding.
Second, in order to obtain a real picture, the program should be held for at least three months to know the characteristics of the hormonal background fluctuations in a woman.
Third, you need to measure the temperature on a daily basis in the morning and draw it as a graph.
CT is evaluated for the entire menstrual cycle divided into two phases: before and after ovulation. In the first half of the cycle, the temperature is no higher than 36.6 ° C, and when ovulation occurs, it rises above 37 ° C and reaches a peak. If the egg is fertilized, the temperature continues to rise slowly and if not, the temperature drops to the first sign.
How can I check pregnancy with a thermometer? The temperature in the rectum or vagina should be measured daily. This is done at the same time without getting up from bed after waking up. The measurement time is 7 minutes for the mercury thermometer and 3 minutes for the electronic thermometer. At the end of the cycle, you should evaluate the graph curve, which should have seen a significant increase in temperature during pregnancy.
Important! In diseases of the genitourinary system, basal temperature may increase with hormonal disorders after drinking alcohol. This is an important drawback of this method in determining pregnancy.

How to control pregnancy by pulse
Pulse diagnosis in pregnancy and the sex of the fetus have been practiced in Chinese culture for centuries. This method has not lost its relevance today. If a woman is pregnant, her pulse is called "happy."
How does this technique work? After conception, a woman increases the amount of blood, accelerates metabolic processes and heart rate, and of course the pulse changes. You can control this ancient Chinese technique as follows: you should lie down, feel a spot on the stomach, feel 7-8 cm below the belly, and if you have a strong pulse under your fingers, it is possible that the woman is pregnant.
It is determined by the baby's pulse and sex. However, for the reliability of the result, a specialist controlling the pulse needs special skills. It is believed that if the pulse in the radial artery shifts more than the left side, the woman will have a man and there will be a girl on the right.
Hint! These Chinese ways of controlling pregnancy are popular among fans of alternative medicine. There are even specialist institutions where Chinese healers take a thorough diagnosis by taking the whole body's pulse.

How can I check pregnancy with online tests?
There's another way to check the pregnancy without testing it. You can take an online exam, for example. During the test, you need to answer a few simple questions, and after processing the answers, the answer to the question whether you are pregnant will appear.
It is difficult to assess how reliable this method is because it is difficult to confirm pregnancy through the monitor. But this service can certainly push women's thoughts in the right direction.
What is an online test? A woman answers the standard questions that a gynecologist will ask during a medical examination, for example, if there is a delay and how many days, whether the mammary glands will be injured, at what age, the methods of protection used, whether there are diseases.

Controlling pregnancy with improvisation tools
Given that biochemical fluctuations occur in the urine after pregnancy, various chemicals capable of reacting with biological fluids can be used to confirm pregnancy. Usually iodine, soda and other improvisation methods are used for home testing.
How to control pregnancy with soda
Soda pregnancy test is popular among women. The essence of this method is the interaction of urine and baking soda. After conception, the acid-base balance changes and the pH of the urine shifts to alkaline. It is easy to confirm this change with soda.
Hint! After which time can pregnancy be checked with soda? It takes approximately 2-3 weeks from the moment of fertilization to significantly change the acid-base balance.
How to control pregnancy with soda:
You should collect morning urine in a clean container.
Add a spoon of soda to your urine.
Wait a few minutes and evaluate the result.
If the fluid is in a calm state, most likely pregnancy.
If urine bubbles and feels, pregnancy does not happen.
Hint! Alkalisation of urine is not only during pregnancy. This happens with inflammation of the kidney, acute diarrhea and vegetarianism.

How to control pregnancy with iodine
There's another reagent in a woman's arsenal that helps define pregnancy. 3 drops of iodine should be added to a container containing urine: if iodine is dissolved, pregnancy will not occur, and if it occurs as a point, it is likely to become pregnant.
You must follow the rules for the experiment to be successful:
Urine must be morning.
Before the test, you cannot wash yourself with soap.
Iodine should be dropped directly from a pipette above the urine, not down.
There's another way to use iodine. You need to dip a piece of paper into the urine and when it is completely dry, iodine drops. Pregnancy is indicated by the appearance of a blue-violet tone. If the color remains brown, pregnancy is excluded.

Is it possible to control pregnancy with potassium permanganate?
If you believe in reviews, potassium permanganate or potassium permanganate solution will help determine pregnancy. It is necessary to make a weak solution of potassium permanganate (liquid should be pink) of 500 ml and add some urine.
Interpretation of the result:
Pregnancy does not occur if the liquid shines or turns yellow.
If the solution is pink as before and the scales have fallen to the bottom, you may be pregnant.
Important! Such household methods have no experimental evidence, so they cannot fully confirm or reject pregnancy.

Pregnancy as checked before
When the pregnancy test was not even imagined, former doctors and women were able to identify the pregnancy with specific symptoms. They have worked consecutively for many generations and learned through heredity. Although primitive, they often appeared to be trustworthy, and women, without delay, realized that a new life was born in their arms.
Previously, the following folk remedies were used to control pregnancy:
Urine status: urine was poured into a refractory container, boiled, and then its transparency studied. When white scales subsided, the woman was considered pregnant. In the Middle Ages, urine was mixed with wine. If the fluid became cloudy, they talked about pregnancy, and if it remained transparent, it was assumed that she was not pregnant.
ring. A woman's hair was cut, a ring was wrapped around her and rose to her belly. If the ring was immobilized, it was believed that there was no pregnancy, and if she began to hesitate, the result was considered positive.
energy science. Proponents of the measurement of human energy used an interesting method. She took two glasses and wrote: One was pregnant and the second was not pregnant. Then I added onions in a bowl and waited which one would start the green arrow first.
dream. In the dream, fish, children, water, animals were believed to be signs of fertilization.
Taste addiction. Suddenly, when you want something salty, you immediately think about pregnancy. In ancient times this signal was taken seriously and was immediately thought about pregnancy. In the meantime, there is a logical explanation: after conception, the water-salt balance deteriorated and the woman intuitively refreshed it.
Seeds. In ancient Egypt, with the help of seeds, not only pregnancy but also the sex of the child was determined. Women had to urinate in wheat and barley seeds for several days. If barley sprouts, then a boy, if a wheat is born, then a girl is born. If the seedlings did not appear, the pregnancy was rejected.

How much pregnancy can be checked without testing
However, all public methods for determining pregnancy, as well as official medical studies, are most effective 10-21 days after conception. You do not need to check your pregnancy earlier than a week because the implantation is not yet there and the body does not have time to respond.
Pregnancy can be determined in different ways: using a special test or using folk remedies, but the most reliable method is to visit a gynecologist who will resolve all doubts.

A woman with a menstrual delay visits a cheerful thought about pregnancy. Many female representatives do not want to go to the gynecologist immediately. Are women interested in early stages in the home without testing?
Diagnosis of a woman's interesting position
Pregnancy cannot be asymptomatic. Signs appearing in the early stages help a woman suspect an interesting situation. Upcoming maternity symptoms may even occur before menstruation is delayed.
Immediately from the beginning of pregnancy, the hormonal background of the female body changes, resulting in a change in taste and odor dependence, emotional variability. You can also learn about pregnancy by increasing the sensitivity and swelling of a woman's breast. Some women have age spots. They disappear after the birth of a child.
Women can learn interesting toxicosis situations. Already manifests itself in the early stages. At this time, women can increase body temperature up to 37.3 degrees. It is forbidden to eliminate hyperthermia with the help of drugs. During this time, the mother's sense of smell changes: it is difficult for her to tolerate certain odors (perfumes, dishes). A feeling of weight can be seen in the waist area. This indicates the growth of the uterus, a shift in the center of gravity. In the early period of pregnancy, almost all women increase drowsiness.

Early stage
In the early stages, a pregnant woman becomes touching, crying, irritable and vulnerable. These findings resemble the manifestations of menstrual syndrome. If she doesn't have menstruation, then that would indicate a possible pregnancy. In the first stage may appear pain in the lower abdomen, cut or suture. If unpleasant sensations are not observed in this area, this indicates a normal pregnancy. Otherwise, it would be best to see an expert.
Pregnancy can also be assessed by a sharp increase or decrease in desire for sexual intercourse. The situation is explained by the presence of changes in the woman's hormonal background in the woman's position. In the first period of pregnancy, mucus is released from the vagina, which is odorless and colorless.
Warning! A different color or structure indicates women's health problems. You should see a gynecologist.
When pregnancy occurs, women call for more frequent urination. They're absolutely painless. This is due to the pressure of the growing uterus in the bladder. If pain and discomfort occur during the impulse, this woman shows the appearance of other diseases of the urogenital system or other diseases.

Body weight may increase in the early period of pregnancy. Many women claim that they have not changed their diet and lifestyle, but have begun to gain weight. This is the main sign of pregnancy. It is quite possible to determine pregnancy with these symptoms, but not all women. In this case, it is necessary to take more rational measures.

Determination of pregnancy according to basal temperature
Basal temperature is one of the main indicators where you can set an interesting position. The method has advantages due to accessibility. You must use a thermometer, a pen and a paper to measure the basal temperature and determine the presence of the fetus according to the indicators. The temperature is determined in the same place.

You can measure the temperature from the vagina or rectum. The procedure should be performed immediately after waking up in the morning. Temperature detection is carried out throughout the cycle. When using a digital thermometer, it is kept in the vagina or rectum for 5-10 minutes and during the use of the mercury thermometer - for 10 minutes.
Important! During the same cycle, use the same thermometer for measurements.
Accurate results for the presence of the fetus can only be made after three months of baseline temperature measurements.

Using public roads
To determine the presence of a fetus, a female representative does not need to buy a test: you can use an ordinary first aid kit. You can determine pregnancy at home using the following:
Pee;
soda;
iodine.

iodine
Urine is often used to determine pregnancy. After morning urination, it is collected in a container and a few drops of iodine are dropped. If the droplet remains in its original state, the woman has a fetus. In addition, a white sheet of paper is soaked in urine and a drop of iodine is dropped onto it. The lilac color of the iodine on the paper shows a positive result and a purple color - the absence of the fetus. Plant bushes are poured in the urine. It is believed that a woman's pregnancy can be decided whether or not to open a flowering bush. Doctors think these methods are completely unreliable.
soda
A teaspoon of soda is immersed in the urine in a glass. Drunk soda shows a woman's pregnancy, while her deposition shows a negative result. During pregnancy, a woman has increased acidity in her urine, which explains her contact with soda.
Important! The method is not completely effective: increased acidity of the urine may be caused by diseases of the genitourinary system or in the presence of vegetarians.

Pulse
In ancient times, the presence of the fetus was determined by the pulse. A female representative lies on her back and goes somewhere 7-8 centimeters lower than her belly. The presence of fluctuation indicates the presence of a fetus. In fact, however, the pulse of the abdominal aorta is a vein every human has. It feels easier for thin women.
You can also learn the understanding in a dream. Pregnant women often dream of fish.
Pregnancy can be diagnosed at home for several reasons. An absolute result can only be given by a gynecologist. If your time is postponed, it is best to contact this specialist. You can use the pharmacy test before.
You may be assigned to go do an ultrasound examination or urine tests that already confirm or reject your pregnancy status.
Pregnancy test
The basal temperature can be determined using a mercury or digital thermometer. Do this at the same time (in the morning) by lying in bed or by fixing the temperature in the vagina.
This is done throughout the cycle and is best to measure directly during menstruation. Keeping a temperature chart for at least three months will give you a hundred percent result.
Folk methods
Bulbous
Place the onion heads in two containers. The first bulb will talk about the existence of your pregnancy, the second - about its absence.
If the onion from the first glass first grows to 4 cm, you will become pregnant; On the contrary, then the result is negative.
Dreams about fish
Everybody knows you're fishing shows pregnancy. However, this is not always an absolute result.
Naturally, the main indicator of pregnancy is a menstrual cycle delay of more than 10 days. However, it is reasonable to use independent methods to determine pregnancy after this period.
